Public consultation launched to gather proposals and comments on the Veneto Film Commission Foundation's 2024 Code of Conduct.
Given:
– that pursuant to Law No. 190 of 6 November 2012 concerning “Provisions for the prevention and repression of corruption and illegality in public administration” and of Presidential Decree no. 62/2013 and subsequent amendments, public administrations and other entities subject to sector legislation are required to adopt the entity's specific Code of Conduct;
– that the Veneto Film Commission Foundation, having to provide for the adoption of the aforementioned updated Code, intends to launch a public consultation in order to acquire observations, proposals and contributions from all stakeholders;
– that, to this end, the particular relevance of the aforementioned documents makes it appropriate to initiate a discussion with the main stakeholders, activating a procedure as open as possible to widespread participation;
– that, to this end, we ask you to read the Code already adopted and published on the institutional website in the Transparent Company | General Provisions | General Provisions section for an open discussion with all potential stakeholders.
