With reference to the current year, it is certified that the Veneto Film Commission Foundation does not manage or provide public services within the scope of application of Article 32 of Legislative Decree No. 33/2013.
Since the provision of the services referred to in the provision does not exist, there are no accounted costs for the services to be published pursuant to Article 32, paragraph 2, letter a), of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013.
This subsection is therefore to be considered inapplicable, except for any future changes to the activities carried out by the Foundation.
