The call supports the production of audiovisual works made entirely or partially in Veneto.
Type A of financed works
– feature-length fiction films with a minimum running time of 52 minutes, intended for cinematic and/or television exploitation (including VoD and SVoD);
– seriality (fiction, documentary, docufiction) with a minimum overall duration of 90 minutes intended for exploitation
cinematographic and/or television (including VoD and SVoD);
– animation: feature films and animated series with a minimum duration of 30 minutes, mainly for cinematographic exploitation and animated works with a minimum overall duration of 30 minutes intended mainly for television broadcast (including VoD and
SVoD).
Type B of financed works
– doc: documentaries with a minimum duration of 30 minutes;
– short: fiction, animation and live action short films with a
maximum duration of 30 minutes;
– XR (Extended Reality): VR (Virtual reality), AR (Augmented Reality), MR
(Mixed Reality)

Eligible expenses
– Workers. Technical and artistic personnel in the audiovisual sector, employed on fixed-term or permanent contracts, residing in Veneto.
– Services provided by audiovisual professionals, technical and artistic personnel, and the provision of services directly related to the production plan, by entities resident or having an operational headquarters in Veneto and holding a VAT number
– Rental of assets by entities resident or having their operational headquarters in Veneto and rental of theatres and locations, exclusively related to the project, located in Veneto
– Hotel accommodation expenses for workers and professionals resident in Veneto and non-residents in Veneto

The application for support must be completed and submitted exclusively online, through the Unified Information System for Unitary Programming (SIU) of the Veneto Region, whose dedicated page can be reached at the following link: https://www.regione.veneto.it/web/programmi-comunitari/siu
To the request for support, the following must be attached:
the project sheet (Annex B);
the documentation relating to the requesting company and the technical and artistic personnel involved;
documentation certifying the availability of the minimum financial coverage;
any declaration of commitment to compliance with the Green Film specifications (Annex G);
for applicants with registered offices outside of Italy, a certificate equivalent to the Chamber of Commerce registration of the applicant company and any co-producers as specified in the table in Article 4;
For companies not required to file their financial statements with the competent Chamber of Commerce, a copy of the last two tax returns and related VAT returns submitted as of the date the applicant company submitted its application, for the purposes of verifying compliance with the "company size" and "company in difficulty" requirements;
in the case of companies associated and/or connected to the applicant company not subject to filing the financial statements with the competent Chamber of Commerce, the latest Single Form submitted on the date of submission of the application, for the purposes of checking the "company size" requirements;
any special power of attorney for the digital signature and electronic submission of documents (Annex I) to this call, with a copy of the attorney's valid identity document attached.
