The legal basis for this processing is therefore to be found in the aforementioned institutional tasks of the Veneto Film Commission Foundation and in the consent of the interested party.
The data will be processed exclusively by authorized personnel and collaborators of the Foundation or by persons expressly appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR (e.g., persons providing services via digital platforms, such as sending email communications or providing technological maintenance services for the website).
