This subsection does not apply to the Veneto Film Commission Foundation.
The publication requirement for waiting lists, set forth in Article 41, paragraph 6, of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013, applies to public and private entities, companies, and facilities that provide services on behalf of the National Health Service.
The Veneto Film Commission Foundation does not provide healthcare services on behalf of the National Health Service and, therefore, does not meet the requirements for publishing data regarding training criteria, expected waiting times, and actual average waiting times.
