The undersigned
1) requests the inclusion of their data in the Online Production Guide on the website www.venetofilmcommission.com, a database that allows you to identify professionals or companies operating in the Veneto area in the field of entertainment, production and post film production;
2) authorizes the Veneto Film Commission Foundation to carry out any editorial reviews necessary for the correct presentation of data, including the elimination of any untruthful statements relating to curricula and collaborations;
3) undertakes to communicate any variation of the aforementioned data to the Veneto Film Commission Foundation, to guarantee the quality and credibility of the service.
The Veneto Film Commission Foundation reserves, at its sole discretion, whether or not to accept the inclusion of the applicant's card in the Production Guide.
