“Veneto and Venice are locations of extraordinary beauty, hosting the Venice International Film Festival, the oldest and most prestigious festival in the world. In this special context, today we present the new Board of Directors of the Veneto Film Commission Foundation, an institution we have deeply believed in and which plays a key role in defining the region's film strategies and policies. The presentation of the new Board of Directors of the Veneto Film Commission Foundation, which includes highly qualified professionals representing the highest levels of education, tourism, culture, and business, is not just a formality, but a strategic opportunity to communicate, engage, and promote the regional film industry. It represents a moment of renewal and sharing visions for the future of Veneto.
With these words, the Councillor for Culture of the Veneto Region, Christian Corazzari presented this morning at the Venice Lido the members of the Board of Directors of the Veneto Film Commission Foundation, appointed by the Regional Council: the president was reconfirmed Luigi Bacialli, journalist, and the councillors Francesco Casarin full professor of economics and business management at Ca' Foscari University, Claudio De Donatis who was Director of Economic Promotion and Tourism Marketing of the Veneto Region, Maria Teresa De Gregorio former Director of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Sports of the Region and Valentina Montesarchio Deputy Secretary General of the Unioncamere of Veneto.
