Film production SMEs registered in the Company Register with ATECO code 59.11 and registered office in the European Union. The company may be a sole production company, a co-production company, or an executive production company.

Type A

– feature-length fiction films with a minimum running time of 52 minutes, intended for cinematic and/or television exploitation (including VoD and SVoD);

– seriality (fiction, documentary, docufiction) with a minimum overall running time of 90 minutes intended for cinematic and/or television exploitation (including VoD and SVoD);

– animation: feature films and animated series with a minimum running time of 30 minutes, primarily for cinematic exploitation and animated works with a minimum overall running time of 30 minutes intended primarily for television broadcast (including VoD and SVoD)

Type B

– doc: documentaries with a minimum duration of 30 minutes;

– short: fiction, animated, and live action short films with a maximum running time of 30 minutes;

– XR (Extended Reality): VR (Virtual reality), AR (Augmented Reality), MR (Mixed Reality)

– not have yet started the work in Veneto for which the grant is requested;

– a company can participate in this call with only one funding application for each type;

– for projects in the fiction and animation categories, be subject to a distribution contract or a distribution deal memo with a distributor and/or broadcaster and/or an SVoD or VoD platform. Letters of interest will not be considered eligible;

– minimum eligible expenditure in the Veneto Region: €200,000.00 for projects belonging to Type A; €20,000.00 for projects belonging to Type B

– Craftsmen. Technical and artistic personnel in the sector
long-term employment contract
for the submitted project;

– Services provided by audiovisual professionals, personnel
rent of theatres or locations for the submitted project invoiced by a VAT-paying company or
professional that has its registered office and/or
operational headquarters in Veneto;

– Rental of goods by subjects resident or having an operational headquarters in
Veneto and rental of theatres and locations, exclusively related to the project,
located in Veneto;

– Hotel accommodation expenses for workers and professionals

First Call
2.500.000,00 € total
– €2,300,000.00 for Type A
– €200,000.00 for Type B

Second Call
2.500.000,00 € total
– €2,300,000.00 for Type A
– €200,000.00 for Type B

The contribution is a non-repayable grant and provides for the following maximum amounts:
– Type A: 30% of eligible expenditure on the territory, for a maximum of
320.000,00 €;
– Type B: 60% of eligible expenditure on the territory, for a maximum of
52.500,00 €

Applications are presented to a jury consisting of both economic and cultural experts who
assess and prioritise all projects based on qualitative and quantitative criteria.

on the impact of production on the audiovisual industry in Veneto.
The available funds are awarded to the candidates with the highest scores in
order until the allocation is exhausted.

To the request for support, the following must be attached:

– the project sheet (Annex B);
– documentation relating to the requesting company and technical staff
and artistic personnel;
– documentation certifying the availability of financial coverage
budget in place;
– any declaration of commitment to comply with the Green specifications
will to comply to Green Film (attachment G)
– State aid sheet (Annex E)

Advance: if requested) 40% of the awarded fund, there will be no automatic entitlement
to this

Payment of the approved funding: upon delivery and acceptance of receipts and
delivery of the copies of the audiovisual work

Our fund awards who agrees to get a Green Film certification
a maximum bonus of 2%on eligible spending
