Article 3 of the Statute of the Veneto Film Commission Foundation
– Supporting members.
The Veneto Region joins the Foundation as a founding member.
Local authorities, Chambers of Commerce, and other public and private associations in the Veneto region may join the Foundation as supporting members.
The admission of new supporting members is approved by the Board of Directors, following a request from the prospective member to the Foundation's President.
Upon joining, each supporting member undertakes to guarantee the payment of the minimum annual contribution to the Foundation's operations as per Article 4.
This contribution may consist of a monetary contribution or the provision of services of a value equal to or greater than the contribution amount established by the Board of Directors.
In the case of non-monetary contributions, whether in the form of goods or services, their valuation is delegated to the Board of Directors, which expresses its opinion with a specific, reasoned resolution.
The withdrawal of supporting members, governed by the current provisions of the Civil Code, must be formally communicated by registered mail to the President of the Foundation by June 30th of each year and, in any case, takes effect the following year.
Any supporting member who has not contributed his or her annual contribution to the Association's operations during the year will be declared to have forfeited his or her membership by the Board of Directors.
