The second edition of the consultancy workshop for medium and feature-length documentaries in the final stages of production, produced in the North-East, after the first two stages within the framework of Pordenone Docs Fest in March for feedback on rough cuts and pitches Bolzano Filmfestival Bozen in April, arrives at the third and final appointment, hosted on September 13th and 14th at the Euganea Film Festival.
In the setting of Villa Pisani in Monselice (PD), producers and directors of the four selected projects will have the opportunity to meet with the tutors of Nord/Est/Doc/Camp on everything that concerns and can help the life of their documentaries once completed: festival strategy, sales and rights, distribution, communication and promotion.
Compared to the first edition of Nord/Est/Doc/Camp, there is a novelty: while the second day of work will be reserved for specific consultancy on projects, the first, Friday 13 September will become a training day open to producers and authors from the Tri-Veneto region, even without a project, who will have the opportunity to listen to presentations by experts and ask their questions..
The tutors available will be: for the festival strategy Paolo Bertolin, programmer of the Venice Film Festival and collaborator of numerous other international festivals, markets and laboratories, recently appointed artistic director of the New Zealand International Film Festival; for sales and rights Francesca Breccia, founder and CEO of Coccinelle Film Placement, a sales and acquisition company founded in 2012 and leader in Italy; for the distribution Eddie Bertozzi, active in the field since 2014, currently in the team of the new distribution house Be Water Film, as well as already collaborating with events such as Critics' Week and currently Locarno Film Festival; for communication and promotion Livia Rodà, founder of Advista, an agency specializing in communication strategies and the use of social media for cinema.
