Music Commission S\u00fcdtirol, Trentino Film Commission, Veneto Film Commission, Friuli Venezia Giulia Film Commission, and the collaboration of the FVG Audiovisual Fund<\/strong>, <strong>organize the 4th edition<\/strong> of the laboratory of <strong>consultancy and support for medium and feature-length documentaries in the final stages of production, produced in the North-East<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2e5311 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b2e5311\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><p>The Nord\/Est\/Doc\/Camp 2026 program is divided into three stages, each focusing on specific areas and activities within the context of the three partner festivals:<\/p><p><strong>Stage I \u2013 Cinemazero\/Pordenone Docs Fest \u2013 March 12-13, 2026<\/strong><br \/>Intensive feedback with screening, evaluation and discussion of the full rough cut or individual pre-edited scenes (in this case with a maximum duration of 60 minutes), with a panel of 4 established tutors, in the presence of the film&#039;s producer and director(s) (and possibly the editor).<\/p><p><strong>Stage II \u2013 Bolzano Film Festival Bozen \u2013 April 13, 2026<\/strong><br \/>Pitch reserved for an audience of producers, buyers, distributors, and representatives of festivals, broadcasters and platforms, with the screening of a selection of scenes (for a maximum overall duration of 30&#039;) and a moderated presentation, followed by individual meetings between the teams and professionals present.<\/p><p><strong>Stage III \u2013 Euganea Film Festival \u2013 August 28-29, 2026<\/strong><br \/>The workshop is divided into two phases: the first day is open to audiovisual professionals in the Triveneto region, with presentations by experts in promotion, distribution, marketing, communications, and festivals; the second day is reserved for participating teams, with specific consulting sessions for each project (maximum duration 90 minutes).<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SELECTION\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><p>Participation in the selection is free, at the time of registration you will be asked for the following information:\u00a0<strong>following materials<\/strong>:<\/p><p><strong>Synopsis\u00a0<\/strong>(maximum 1000 characters including spaces)<br \/><strong>Treatment and presentation of themes and characters<\/strong>\u00a0(maximum 5000 characters including spaces)<br \/><strong>Director&#039;s Notes<br \/>Production Notes<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>financial plan<\/strong>\u00a0in principle (with an indication of confirmed and unconfirmed financing)<br \/><strong>Trailer\/teaser<\/strong>\u00a0of the project if available<br \/><strong>Selection of sequences<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0<strong>rough cut<\/strong>\u00a0downloadable work (minimum duration 30&#039;, maximum 90&#039;)<br \/><strong>Bio-filmography<\/strong>\u00a0from the director and preview links of previous works<br \/><strong>CV\u00a0<\/strong>of the professionals and collaborators involved<\/p><p>The project may be in different stages of post-production, but to make the support process more effective, it is recommended to participate with films in the early editing phase.<\/p><p><strong>Registration deadline<\/strong>\u00a0of the projects:\u00a0<strong>February 5, 2026<\/strong><br \/><strong>Communication\u00a0<\/strong>selected projects:\u00a0<strong>February 10, 2026<\/strong><\/p><p>Within the Nord\/Est\/Doc\/Camp program, films are considered in-process, and screenings\/presentations are not open to the public. Therefore, they do not constitute participation in the festival program and do not count toward the film&#039;s release date or preview.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>CONDITIONS\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>The\u00a0<strong>participation fee<\/strong>\u00a0expected for each selected project is\u00a0<strong>500 \u20ac<\/strong>.<br \/>Half of the fee must be paid within 10 days of notification of the selection (20.2.2026), the other half by the start of the last stage (28.8.2026).<\/p><p><strong>The director(s)\u00a0<\/strong>and at least\u00a0<strong>a production representative<\/strong>, plus possibly the film editor, must\u00a0<strong>ensure participation<\/strong>\u00a0to all the stages and activities planned within the Nord\/Est\/Doc\/Camp.<\/p><p>Project representatives are responsible for the\u00a0<strong>delivery of materials<\/strong>\u00a0necessary for screenings and presentations within the expected and communicated deadlines.<\/p><p>No project can be\u00a0<strong>withdrawn\u00a0<\/strong>after the selection announcement.<\/p><p>The\u00a0<strong>travel expenses\u00a0<\/strong>and of\u00a0<strong>possible overnight stay<\/strong>\u00a0are the responsibility of the participants. The partner festivals will provide meals and access to any networking events, and are available to assist with any hotel reservations.<\/p><p>Films selected for North\/East\/Doc\/Camp will be required to include on the\u00a0<strong>communication and promotion supports<\/strong>\u00a0the logo of Nord\/Est\/Doc\/Camp, and on\u00a0<strong>opening or closing credits<\/strong>\u00a0a sign with the words \u201cThis film participated in Nord\/Est\/Doc\/Camp\u201d followed by the year of the project&#039;s edition, and the relevant logo provided.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-428449f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con
