After the first two sessions held as part of Pordenone Docs Fest in March, for the tutors’ in-depth feedback on the rough cuts of the selected projects, and at Bolzano Filmfestival Bozen in April for the pitch before an audience of industry professionals, the 4th edition of Nord/Est/Doc/Camp, the workshop for documentaries produced in the Triveneto region, reaches its final stage, hosted on 28 and 29 August in Monselice by Euganea Film Festival.
Confirming the success of the format, the first of the two days, Friday 28, will be open to producers, authors and professionals from the Triveneto region, even without a project, offering an opportunity for free training in which everyone will have the chance to listen to the presentations by the invited tutors and ask their questions.
The four expert guests of this edition will be: Alice Arecco, head of industry activities at Milano Film Network and Bergamo Film Meeting, and programming consultant for TFI Torino Film Industry; Maria Bonsanti, former director of the Cinéma du réel festival in Paris and of the Eurodoc training programme, currently a member of the Giornate degli Autori selection committee; Alessandro Del Re, former co-director of Lago Film Fest and 30_70 DOC FEST, former programmer at Pordenone Docs Fest, currently Senior Programming Manager at MUBI Italia and pre-selector for the Venice Film Festival; Cosimo Santoro, former festival programmer and head of acquisitions for theatrical and online distribution, who in 2012 founded the international sales company The Open Reel.

On Friday 28 August the training day will be held in the historic Villa Pisani in Monselice (Riviera Belzoni 22), starting at 10:00 and expected to end by 17:30.

The festival, held every summer in the Euganean Hills area since 2002, presents a selection of over 50 works each year, including documentaries as well as fiction and animation short films, screened in evocative settings and accompanied by special events such as concerts, workshops, meetings with filmmakers and theatre performances.
